I'm a UX Lead at Twinkl, working remotely from Sheffield, United Kingdom. I completed an internal management scheme and since then I have led my team to create accessible designs to solve user problems and make positive experiences.

Why UX design?

My goal is to create websites, products and solutions that people genuinely care about and find helpful.

I care about:

🔬 Research - I think getting to know the user is a very important first step in truly understanding the problems and challenges that they face.

🤝 Collaboration - I make sure that my team members and company colleagues are well informed and included in the appropriate decisions and I listen actively to every new idea.

⚙️ Testing and iterations - I am very flexible in my designs, therefore I am not afraid of making iterations dictated by user testing. I believe that giving the users a voice is the best way of creating truly accessible designs.
